Why does the same person do real estate and AI advisory?
Because it's the same discipline, applied twice. I run a top-3%-nationally real estate practice and an AI-powered advisory for small businesses — one operator, one way of working, two places to see it in action.

I spent 20 years running $300 million P&L businesses at Frontier Communications and AT&T Mobility — leading 500 person teams through rapid growth, improved financial performance and post-acquisition integrations. Then I built a real estate practice from scratch into the top 3% nationally, $90 million in sales.
Somewhere in there I noticed the same pattern I used to fix in $300 million businesses showing up in my own: there's always one thing quietly capping growth. Now I apply that discipline to small-business AI strategy — proving every method in my own business first, the same way I built the real estate practice.
More Gaffga Group verticals — media, coaching — are on the roadmap. Not built yet, just structurally anticipated.
